Minimum Requirements

• Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
• Active Louisiana PT license required to begin the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience treating outpatient orthopedics is preferred.
• Productivity experience or ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week; typical daily patient load 12–14 patients and double-booking follow-up visits expected. (Preferred)
• Ability to work an 8-hour day with a 36-hour guaranteed schedule and expectation to work up to 40 hours.
• Overtime must be approved by the clinic director prior to working OT.
• Travel clinicians who are first-time travelers may be considered. New graduates are not eligible.
• Applicants must be licensed and able to start per client credentialing requirements.

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift name: Days.
• Shift type: 8-hour day schedule; 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
• Patient population: Outpatient orthopedics.
• Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; will see approximately 12–14 patients per day.
• OT hours require prior director approval.
• Floating to other clinics is not required.
• Option exists to work in this clinic or a neighboring clinic as part of a Travel Team.
