Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Oregon PTA license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with restorative therapy programs, transfers, ambulation training, and use of gait belts and assistive devices preferred.
• Ability to follow direction from a licensed Physical Therapist and to document care in electronic medical records.
