Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience providing physical therapy in skilled nursing or post-acute settings preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with mobility training, fall prevention, and restorative programs preferred.
  • Client requires five days per week availability during day shifts.
