Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain state license prior to assignment start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required; include certification status on application.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
- Experience with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide restorative care for older adults preferred.
