Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Hampshire PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required. Client prefers clinicians with prior SNF experience managing post-acute care and long-term residents.
- Demonstrated proficiency with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs, electronic medical records experience preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads that include transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and ADL retraining.
- Vaccination and health screening requirements will follow facility policy. Additional client-specific requirements may be communicated during onboarding.
- Preferred: prior travel PT experience and experience with assistive device training and fall prevention programs.
