Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required prior to start.
- Minimum 1 year of home health physical therapy experience required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to travel to patient homes as assigned. Weekend rotation approximately once every 6 weeks.
- Experience with electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communication in a home care setting preferred.
