Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred, including evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and rehabilitation programs.
• Proficiency using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to complete evaluations, treatment notes, reports, and discharge summaries.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise PT Assistants and aides preferred.
• Ability to guide and monitor patient care, document progress, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift name: Days.
• Shift details: Days, 5x8 or possible 4x10 schedule (8 hours a day, 5 days a week or possible 4x10s).
• Start: Assignment begins in April. Assignment length: 13 weeks.
