Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred, including evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal and post-surgical patients.
• Experience working in multi-site or split-site coverage preferred. Client notes indicate Pooler/Rincon split coverage is required; candidate must be willing to travel between local sites within the region.
• Current CPR and other facility-required immunizations or screenings as required by local policy.
