Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Florida state SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment, including modified barium swallow study recommendations, is preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems commonly used in post-acute care preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift days: Monday through Friday, with one weekend rotation per month.
• Shift name: Other.
• Assignment length: 13 week assignment.
