Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active DC Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Experience with rehabilitation of post-acute, geriatric, or medically complex patients preferred.
- Ability to perform documentation in electronic medical records systems preferred.

- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift Hours: 08:30 - 16:30.
- Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Assignment Length: 14 weeks.
