Minimum Requirements
- Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. (Order notes indicate Minimum Education Requirement: Associates Degree.)
- Active Washington State PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in Home Health or with homebound adult populations preferred.
- Comfort with skills-based care delivery and documentation systems preferred.
