Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Current and active Physical Therapy license in the State of Mississippi required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing patient care in the home health setting preferred.
- Ability to travel daily by car to patient homes within Harrison County, MS. Candidate must be able to travel to more than one location within a work shift.
- Comfort with documentation, development of individualized plans of care, communication with physicians, and participation in weekly team case conferences for recertification and discharge planning.
- Bachelor’s degree minimum education requirement confirmed by client.

- Facility Type: Home Health.
- Shift Name: Evenings.
- Shift Details: Evenings 2000-0400.
- Work Days: Monday through Friday.
- Will work in patient homes. Daily driving to and from patients' homes within Harrison County, MS.
- Travel requirement: Yes. Candidate will travel to multiple patient locations each shift.
- Dress code: royal blue or black scrubs.
- Preferred interview format: Teams.
