Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience required. Client preference for clinicians with a consistent outpatient caseload and efficiency managing up to 3 patients per hour.
• Minimum productivity expectations: minimum 12 visits per day and a minimum of 5 evaluations per week. Typical daily caseload is up to 14 patients with 5 evaluations per week.
• Ability to maintain a schedule of at least 2 patients per hour as a minimum.
• Ability to work clinic hours that extend into the evening. Monday through Friday clinic hours include evening availability up to 7–8 p.m.
• Preferred: experience within a high-volume outpatient setting and comfort with a fast-paced schedule. Preferred: experience with musculoskeletal and post-operative populations.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday clinic schedule.
• Shift Hours: Clinic operates with evening hours through approximately 7–8 p.m.
• Productivity: Minimum 12 visits per day; typical up to 14 visits per day. Minimum 5 evaluations per week.
• Scheduling: Up to 3 patients scheduled per hour; minimum schedule of 2 patients per hour.
• Commute/Location Note: Clinic is within a 30-minute commute of New York City.
