We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Union City, CA. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active California COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Weekend clinical experience required due to weekend schedule (either Saturday or Sunday).
• Ability to meet client-specific requirements, including adherence to a 14-day cancellation notice policy.
• Preferred: prior experience with restorative nursing programs and documentation systems commonly used in SNFs.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift pattern: Weekend schedule (either Saturday or Sunday).
• Workweek guideline: WWG: 36 hours.
• Assignment start: May start in May (start date provided by client).
• Cancellation policy: 14-day cancellation notice required by client.
