We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Traverse City, MI. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Completion of LARA check required prior to start.
• Ability to provide care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Schedule: 5x8.
• VMS contract weeks: 13-week assignment.
• Guaranteed hours: 35 per week.
