Description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location in Dayton, OH. This opportunity is for a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Ohio OT or OT Assistant state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment preferred.
- Experience with ADL training, splinting, and adaptive equipment recommended.
- Documentation and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred.
- Client requires the ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment. This is a preferred requirement.
