Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active North Carolina SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia management, modified barium swallow study interpretation, and use of standardized speech, language, and cognitive assessments preferred.
• Current documentation and electronic medical record experience preferred.
