Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Will consider new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Productivity expectation: ability to meet approximately 60 visits per week and manage 12–14 patients per day; experience with double-booking follow-up visits preferred.
• Ability and willingness to float to other clinics as needed.
• OT hours must be approved by the clinic director before working overtime.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Primary Rate Type: 8-hour day schedule (guarantee of 36 hours with expectation to work up to 40 hours).
• Float Requirement: Candidate must be willing to float to other clinics as needed.
• Patient Population: Adult and general outpatient caseload, including follow-up visits.
