Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant working in a skilled nursing facility in Dunn, NC. You will assist patients recovering from injury or illness to improve mobility, perform therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, and document progress according to facility and regulatory requirements. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active North Carolina PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with gait training, therapeutic exercise, transfers, and use of adaptive equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists and document interventions in electronic medical records.
