Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or equivalent experience as required by client.
• Active Indiana state license or compact/state authorization required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred. Client prefers candidates with prior experience evaluating and treating adult inpatient populations and managing dysphagia protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to complete timely and compliant documentation, including goal writing, discharge summaries, and letters of medical necessity.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, perform equipment trials, and provide patient and family training focused on discharge planning.
• Willingness to participate in student supervision and professional development activities preferred.
