Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active NV Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Home Health experience required.
- Experience with WellSky EMR required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to travel within the primary service area and to secondary service areas as assigned.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Home Health.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Schedule: Days 5x8 with 40 hour guarantee.
- Schedule includes typical home health productivity of 5–7 visits per day.
- Location & travel: Primary service area in Elko, NV and secondary service area includes Winnemucca, NV (approximately 1 hour 45 minutes from Elko). A hotel will be provided when working in the secondary area and the clinician will return to Elko the following day.
- A vehicle and gas card are provided.
