Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active NV Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Home Health experience required.
• Experience with WellSky EMR required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to travel within the primary service area and to secondary service areas as assigned.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Schedule: Days 5x8 with 40 hour guarantee.
• Schedule includes typical home health productivity of 5–7 visits per day.
• Location & travel: Primary service area in Elko, NV and secondary service area includes Winnemucca, NV (approximately 1 hour 45 minutes from Elko). A hotel will be provided when working in the secondary area and the clinician will return to Elko the following day.
• A vehicle and gas card are provided.

The city provides access to outdoor destinations such as Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest and nearby trailheads within a 30–90 minute range, suited to an adventurous and rural lifestyle. Commuting within the region typically requires vehicle travel between Elko and surrounding communities, and overnight accommodations are provided for assignments to Winnemucca approximately 1 hour 45 minutes away. Local features include historic downtown districts, community events, and seasonal access to camping and fishing along regional waterways.
