Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Pennsylvania state PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Clinical experience treating geriatric patients and managing rehabilitation plans of care preferred.
- Ability to document electronically in EHR systems. Experience with common SNF documentation platforms preferred.
