Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Recent outpatient physical therapy experience. Preferred: experience with 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions.
• Experience performing comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Ability to delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services and participate in student supervision when assigned.
• Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education as required by the Colorado Practice Act.
• Preferred: outpatient clinic competency with safe patient handling and materials handling protocols.
