Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with therapeutic modalities, documentation in electronic medical records, and developing care plans preferred.
