Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active South Carolina state PT license or ability to obtain required state licensure prior to start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. (Preferred)
- Accepts new graduates and first-time travelers. (Client will consider)
- Will not accept PTA candidates for this position.
- Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12–14 patients per day with follow-up double-booking expected.
- Must be able to float to other clinics within the region as needed.
- Must be able to work up to 36–40 hours per week; 36 hours guaranteed.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Primary patient population: Outpatient orthopedics.
- Float: Candidate will float to other clinics within the region as required.
- Work expectation: Productivity target of ~60 visits/week; typical daily patient load 12–14 with double-booked follow-ups.
- Overtime/extra hours: Up to 40 hours per week may be expected; OT must be approved by director before working.
- Option to join this clinic or a neighboring clinic on a travel team.
- Experience levels defined by client for rate considerations: Level 1 (0–3 years relevant outpatient experience) and Level 2 (greater than 3 years relevant outpatient experience).
