Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills in a skilled nursing facility in Carlisle, PA.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Pennsylvania OT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required for OT candidates.
• For COTA candidates: COTA accepted; assignment limited to the Carlisle, PA facility only (preferred to indicate COTA credential and appropriate state certification).
• For OT candidates: must be willing to cover the Carlisle, PA facility and up to two facilities in Elizabethtown, PA as needed. Travel between Carlisle and Elizabethtown is approximately 50 minutes; candidates living between locations will have shorter commutes (preferred).
• Ability to work standard day-shift clinical duties in a SNF setting, including patient evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary team.

• Floating/coverage: OT candidates must be willing to cover the Carlisle location and up to two Elizabethtown, PA facilities as needed.
