Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Minnesota Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required. Two years of recent clinical experience in post-acute, long-term care, or SNF preferred.
• Proficiency with documentation systems used in skilled nursing environments and experience with restorative nursing programs preferred.
• Ability to evaluate, plan, implement, and document skilled physical therapy interventions for medically complex and geriatric populations.
