We are seeking an experienced LCSW who will advocate for patients to help them gain access to available resources while addressing personal challenges such as mental illness, addiction, and abuse. Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within the Licensed Clinical Social Worker specialty.
• Current Georgia LCSW in good standing. This license is required.
• Acute hospital experience required. Experience working in behavioral health or hospital-based social work is required.
• Experience coordinating care and discharge planning within an acute care setting.
• Experience with electronic medical records and documentation in a hospital environment preferred.
