You will work with patients recovering from injury or illness in a skilled nursing facility, helping them move better, feel better, and remain active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active Arizona PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to or at start of assignment.
• Minimum experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience providing therapy for geriatric patients, transfers, ambulation training, and use of mobility equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow established care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Work Pattern: 4x8 schedule.
• Start Date: 04/27/2026 (13-week assignment).
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
