Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license is required prior to the start of the assignment, or candidate must have already applied and provide confirmation of application.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred. (Preferred)
• Will consider new graduates. (Preferred)
• Will consider first-time travel therapists. (Preferred)
• Ability to meet a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing about 12–14 patients per day with potential double-booking of follow-up visits.
• OT (overtime) must be approved by the clinic director prior to working any OT hours.
• Willingness to float to other clinics as needed.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Primary Rate Type: 8-hour day schedule with a 36-hour guarantee and expectation to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Float Requirement: Candidate must be willing to float to other clinics within the region as needed.
• Productivity Expectation: 60 visits per week; option to participate in a travel team at this clinic or a neighboring clinic.
