Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Kansas PTA state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Client requires the ability to float to other local long-term care facilities, including veterans home settings. This is required for the assignment.
• Preferred: experience with geriatric populations, restorative programs, and documentation in electronic medical record systems.
