Minimum Requirements

• Physical Therapy degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred. It must be clear this is a preferred qualification, not required.
• Productivity expectation: ability to meet approximately 60 visits per week and manage schedules of about 12–14 patients per day, including double-booked follow-up visits.
• Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week. A minimum guarantee of 36 hours applies.
• Approval from the clinic director required before working any overtime hours.
• Candidates local within 50 miles may be considered under a local rate structure. New graduates and first-time travelers may be considered.

• Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other clinics within the network.
• Patient Population: Mixed outpatient adult and adult-geriatric populations with orthopedic and post-operative cases expected.
• Productivity Expectation: Approximately 60 patient visits per week; expect to see 12–14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours guaranteed, with expectation to work up to 40 hours. Overtime requires prior approval by director.
