Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Tennessee state license or eligibility to obtain an active Tennessee state license prior to start.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate, develop, and implement plan of care for geriatric and post-acute populations preferred.
