Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) required per client request.
• Experience with SNF documentation, transfers, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
• Ability to follow plan of care and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
• Schedule: 5x8 days per week.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (VMS contract weeks).
