Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Experience providing 60-minute evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions preferred.
• Experience documenting evaluation, goals, functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with clinic and payer requirements.
• Ability to develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans and provide delegation/direction for discipline-specific therapy services.
• Familiarity with student supervision and participation in student programs preferred.
• Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education. Adhere to state Practice Act and professional codes of conduct.

• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Patient Visit Length: 60-minute evaluations plus treatment sessions as indicated.
• Assignment Duration: 13 week assignment.
