Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred. Candidate must have experience with geriatrics, post-acute care, or long-term care settings. (Preferred)
• Experience with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred. (Preferred)
• Ability to provide therapeutic exercise, balance and gait training, and functional mobility interventions in an SNF environment.

• Assignment may include split coverage or travel between nearby facilities in the region; candidate should be willing to float as needed.
