Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required, including evaluations and 60-minute initial evaluations.
- Demonstrated competence in comprehensive patient evaluation, goal writing, and development of individualized treatment plans.
- Experience with documentation, letters of medical necessity, charge entry, and adherence to payer and regulatory documentation requirements.
- Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants when applicable.
- Current knowledge of state Practice Act and maintenance of professional licensure and required continuing education.
- Strong clinical reasoning and experience progressing patients toward discharge in an outpatient setting.
- Preferred: prior experience in a high-volume outpatient clinic and participation in student supervision or clinical education.

- Caseload focus: Outpatient musculoskeletal and functional rehabilitation with 60-minute initial evaluations.
