Visitors and residents can explore the Nantucket Historic District with preserved 18th- and 19th-century architecture and the Whaling Museum, both located in downtown Nantucket and within walking or short bike-ride distances. The area supports an active, outdoor lifestyle with opportunities for boating and fishing from local harbors and ferry connections to Hyannis and Hyannis Port within roughly one hour transit times.
