Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Louisiana Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in an outpatient hospital or hospital-based outpatient setting is preferred.
• Recent clinical experience treating adult orthopedic and postoperative patients is preferred.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records required by the facility.
