Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Washington State PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. (Preferred)
- Accepts PT assistants for some roles. (Client will accept PTA.)
- New graduates will not be considered for this assignment. Candidate must have relevant experience greater than new graduate status.
- Travel status determination based on candidate address: local defined as 50 miles or less from candidate to clinic; traveler defined as more than 50 miles.

- Facility Type: Outpatient.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
- Patient population: Outpatient orthopedics.
- Floating: No floating to other clinics required.
