Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Washington State PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. (Preferred)
• Accepts PT assistants for some roles. (Client will accept PTA.)
• New graduates will not be considered for this assignment. Candidate must have relevant experience greater than new graduate status.
• Travel status determination based on candidate address: local defined as 50 miles or less from candidate to clinic; traveler defined as more than 50 miles.

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
• Patient population: Outpatient orthopedics.
• Floating: No floating to other clinics required.
