Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience required. Client prefers clinicians with prior outpatient clinic caseload management and documentation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document goals, letters of medical necessity, and charges in a timely manner.
• Experience supervising or delegating to other therapy staff and providing student supervision is preferred.
• Ability to follow physician orders, payer authorization requirements, and clinic policies. Compliance with state practice act and maintenance of professional licensure required.

• Duration: 13 week assignment.
