Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Clinical experience evaluating and treating musculoskeletal and post-operative patients is preferred.
• Demonstrated competence in completing comprehensive evaluations, developing treatment plans, goal writing, and documentation in compliance with state and payer regulations.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records documentation and charge entry preferred.
• Ability to supervise or mentor therapy students or support staff is preferred.
