Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active MA Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment preferred.
• Experience with charting in electronic medical records preferred.
