Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New York State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Experience with post-acute care, discharge planning, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads including balance, gait, transfers, and restorative programs preferred.
