Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS/CPR (AHA or ARC) certification required.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience required. Candidates without inpatient rehab experience will not be considered.
• Experience managing a caseload of approximately 4–6 patients per day.
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred; familiarity with Meditech Expanse is a plus.
• Ability to float to other rehab sites if census is low.
• Preferred: demonstrated experience providing skilled therapy across varied patient levels and adaptability to changing unit needs.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital - Inpatient Rehab Unit (23 beds).
• Unit: 2N Rehab Unit, 2nd floor, North Tower.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Schedule Note: Rotating weekends.
• Typical Caseload: 4-6 patients per day.
• Dress Code: Navy scrubs.
