Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Missouri COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care environments preferred.
• Familiarity with Net Health/Optima Rehab documentation systems preferred.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations; resume required to demonstrate prior productivity levels.
• Willingness to accept employer COVID exemption policies when applicable.
