Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Missouri Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure prior to assignment start.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. (Client preference.)
  • Productivity expectation familiarity preferred: ability to achieve approximately 60 visits/week and manage a caseload of ~12–14 patients/day, including double-booking of follow-up visits. (Client preference.)
  • Willingness to float to other clinic locations as needed. (Client requirement.)
  • Open to new graduates and clinicians without prior travel assignment experience. (Client preference.)
  • Ability to work a guaranteed 36 hours with expectation to work up to 40 hours in a week. (Client requirement.)
  • OT hours require director approval before being scheduled. (Client requirement.)

  • Schedule: 8-hour day shifts with a guaranteed 36 hours per week and expectation to work up to 40 hours per week.
  • Patient Population: Outpatient orthopedic caseload.
  • Float Requirement: Must be willing to float to other clinics within the local clinic network as needed.
  • Productivity Expectation: Approximately 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day with follow-up double-booking expected.
