Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Candidates with experience in post-acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings are preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with common SNF equipment and procedures, such as gait training, transfers, therapeutic exercise, and patient documentation in electronic medical records.
• Ability to work with medically complex patients, including those with mobility limitations, cognitive impairment, or comorbidities.
