Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy license in Arizona required prior to the start of the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Experience evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized plans of care in an acute hospital setting.
• Ability to perform direct patient care responsibilities typical of an inpatient hospital, including transfers and mobility assistance; ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
• Proficiency with computerized documentation systems and common office equipment.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required for employees working in certain affiliate settings (must possess at time of hire and maintain while employed) when applicable to the assigned facility.
• Demonstrated clinical competency with documentation that reflects skilled interventions and measurable functional goals.
• Preferred: prior experience supervising or delegating to PTA, therapy technicians, or students.

• Shift Hours: 06:30 - 19:00.
• Assignment Duration: 13 Week travel assignment.
• Start/End Window: April through July timeframe for the assignment period.
• Float Requirement: May be expected to float to other units within the hospital as needed.
