Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Current state licensure in Arizona required to start the assignment.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or documented acceptance into Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• BLS certification required.
• Experience providing screening, evaluation, and treatment for speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in an acute care or hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to perform documentation and treatment according to professional and regulatory standards, and to use common clinical software applications.
• Ability to lift and assist patients as needed and to work in a typical direct patient care environment.
• Employees working for Banner Home Care/Hospice or Boswell Skilled Nursing Facility must possess and maintain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at time of hire.

• Shift Hours: 06:30–19:00.
• Duration: 13 Week travel assignment.
• May be required to work a varied work schedule as directed by the client, including potential coverage across hospital units.
